Mr. Flate and his team are experienced and formidable. Formidable is what you want in a lawyer. Mr. Flate, personally, is as gentle as a lamb, a true caring individual, but when he faces an opponent he can, when needed, to create the right effect, become a fierce lion. He knows what he's doing! In my dealings with Mr. Flate, he takes a big picture approach and works with me to come up with the optimum solution. He has the ability to change when the situation changes, but always toward the optimum solution. I've recommended him to people I know and they've always had an excellent outcome and been extremely grateful and happy.
