I hired Robert Bernstein after meeting him at his office in Beverly Hills. I had met with several other attorneys and Robert's knowledge of the law and his professionalism made me comfortable immediately upon meeting him. He suggested a proactive and aggressive defense even before my first court date for the arraignment. The other lawyers suggested a wait and see attitude. I was facing a felony criminal charge with a possible prison sentence. Robert's approach was the correct one, he was able to convince the District Attorney to not file any criminal charges resulting from the altercation which led to my arrest. Robert Bernstein is a tenacious, gracious, and altogether brilliant defense attorney. Those adjectives were handpicked deliberately, and you'll find that they describe him well. The justice system is a scary place and there are many things the layman doesn't understand.
