Mr. Mallicoat is a knowledgeable lawyer who attempted to help my wife and I with saving her Father's house from foreclosure. My Father-in-Law was preyed upon by a "foreclosure-prevention firm" and lost thousands before I spoke with Mr. Mallicoat. We were able to prevent this "firm" from scamming my Father-in-Law out of further money after speaking with Mr. Mallicoat. Unfortunately, we did up losing the house to foreclosure because the process was far too advanced before I got Mr. Mallicoat involved. Even still, I would recommend Mr. Mallicoat for his caring, knowledgeable, and practical help in legal matters.
