Raffi and associates took care of my accident case and took care of my medical bills without any problem, since my condition would have affected me a lot to go through more stress. they are trustworthy and honest. my compensation was reasonable and fair. Al principio me atendió una persona muy amable que me ayudaba en mi caso, pero a los meses después la cambiaron y la comunicación fue un poco más complicada el proceso fue un poco largo pero casi todos así son! One of the worst lawyers I’ve had, please don’t trust these reviews. These reviews give too much hope for such a disappointing service. Took a whole year and a half for my car accident case, and was given little to nothing back. Instead of calling me to give me updates, I had to call every week. During this past year I was given 4 different case managers, and all calling me to ask me basic information which I would’ve thought they would have notes. Veronica was no help, always on lunch or on vacation (didn’t even give me a heads up notice). If she is your case manager, I wish you luck. Do your research before you sign, they are a scam. Don’t go through what I went through.
