HANDS DOWN! If you find yourself in any sort of trouble, please make JACOB GLUCKSMAN your FIRST call. One of the things that I really appreciate about Jacob was that he is easy to reach, and you deal with him alone. There were no paralegals or secretaries or long silences. If you have a question, he will get back to you. I always felt like I was a priority to him and that he was invested in the outcome of my case. Jacob let me know what to expect and didn’t make promises that he could not keep. Jacob also did not accept the “first offer” that was made from the DA. In fact, Jacob did not accept several of their offers. We settled on what I thought was a fair deal. I also never felt any judgement from Jacob throughout the process and was always treated with dignity and respect. Jacob was on my side and he will be on your side too, when you need it the most. I was having some serious problems with my ex-wife—trust me, you would have problems too if she were your ex wife. Long story short, I was in jeopardy of losing my boat, my RV and my sling shot. I called Jacob, I paid my retainer (while wearing my retainer which is neither here nor there) and let’s just say he took care of the problem.
