We were about to give up on filing an insurance claim until we were fortunate enough to get in touch with Rafii & Associates. They gave us the assistance and support we required without any hesitation. Along with the rest of the staff, Jean was really professional and patient. Our expectations were exceeded by the final result.

My wife and I have been dealing with an awful law firm in San Francisco, not even worth mentioning who they are. I came to Rafii to see if they could help me since I was very concerned about how they were handling my case. And very quickly they put me at ease and I was able to fire the other law firm. I know I made the right choice. These guys know what they're doing and they really made me feel like I made the right choice. I got an MRI and I was very stressed about doing that procedure. There's something about those giant machines that scare me but my case manager guided me through the process and I even received flowers at my home the next day. Nice touch.

Rafii & Associate is a great choice I made. From the start Case manager was very communicative through the whole process and was able to settle my case in less than a year. Overall I’m very happy and was able to get a net recovery close to half my settlement. I highly recommend.

Emily and her team made a difficult and scary process the easiest it can be. I never felt pressured and was always kept well informed. No question was too small because Emily’s goal was for me to feel comfortable, informed and empowered each step of the way. My girls and I thank you for being there in our most difficult time!!

I had a good experience. They work very good my case took almost 4 years but they did everything for me. They charge me 45% which I think it’s a bit much but at least they got me something. It was just to the end of my case were it took time on waiting on my settlement check .My case got resolved in June 2022 and now it’s November 2022 and I still haven’t received my statement check. I’m hoping to receive it soon.

I would definitely recommend this law firm to friends and family. They had excellent communication throughout my case. The entire team of friendly, professional and diligent. They definitely want the best results for all of their clients.
