What happen to CUSTOMER SERVICE. I do not like writing bad reviews but with this Law FIRM I haven't had best LUCK. I have 2 cases with this Law Firm. 1st case was March 27, 2019 (pending who knows what) & October 23, 2019 (Pending) Which I just should of switched to Sweet James Law Firm. No one returns my call. I email Veronica Avalos with a status on my case. No response. Every time I call the front desk they always tell me she is at lunch. Which they send me to her voicemail. I am tired of the turn around. There is so much more to this. I am not even going to write a novel. Talk about pain and suffering. I think the only time they will reach me is when this poor review has been posted.
