Horrible customer service. They owed me some money and i called for a few months. Each time they told me they will call me back and they would not. I finally walked in the office and I asked for payment. Even then they gave me the run around.

So a friend recommended me to go to these people and I was very disappointed. I mean I don't understand why they have a good review when they honestly don't care about their clients they just care about the money. They told me they would take my case and after they found out what the potential amount to win back would be they said they couldn't do it. They would be good if they weren't so greedy.

very unprofessional and miss leading.. They did not work on my case and kept on bouncing me around to different attorneys in their law firm. Lucy the paralegal was very rude and agitated everytime I asked her questions pertaining to my case.. I would never recommend this firm to anyone.. I stopped by the office and all they do is sit around. trust me u don't want them to represent you

Ji and her associate David Burstein are fantastic! They went above and beyond to work with my family and I, understand the issues and communicate. Their recommendations are purposeful and have been very--very accurate. They understand everything I try to explain and produce excellent products. It puts me at ease knowing that my voice and the facts will is heard, as they have done a fantastic job presenting our case. Most important is that they do the right thing! Whatever the outcome I can rest knowing that we did everything we could, made the right choice and had the best professionals working for us! I can't imagine going through the arduous process of divorce without them.

I had not seen my son in months because my ex was keeping him from me. Ji and David were able to restore my visitation and more. I now have joint legal and physical custody. I do not know what I would have done without them. Thank you Park Family Law. I am extremely happy about the outcome.

Ji Park was not only a pit bull when needed, but she was patient, kind, and let me know when I didn't need to worry as well as when I had to step up. Divorce is such an emotional process and her calm, confident manner put me as ease so many times. I never doubted my best interest came first. In the final negotiations of my divorce she corrected a detail that ultimately saved me thousands of dollars. Ms. Park is top notch and I would recommend her to anyone who asked.

I would have lost my adopted son of it wasn't for her. I'm so lucky that I found her. I would recommend her to everyone.
