Very good service and would recommend to all my friends

I was in my first car accident last year and I had no idea how to handle it. My car was totaled and I was experiencing neck/back pain, but I was able to walk away from the accident, so I wasn’t even sure if I “qualified” to go the injury attorney route. A good friend from college recommended Rafii & Nazarian and I’m so glad that he did! The accident happened in Orange County (where I live) and they are based out of LA, but that was never an issue... We were able to do everything through phone/text/or email so I never had to drive up to LA, and they sent me to the best doctors in the OC area. My back pain got worse overtime, and I’m so glad I had them on my side to help coach me through the process. They told me it would take about a year from start to finish and my case was just settled in under 11 months. I’m very happy with the outcome, and I’m so thankful to everyone at Rafii & Nazarian for making this stressful experience so much easier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation!

Mr. Ben Yeroushalmi is an honest, Trustworthy and straightforward attorney. We are very thankful to have found him to fight our case. Always answered every call and communicated very carefully every deal of the case. Since day one he and his team always made sure to answer every question and explain everything with detail. We drove a total of 8 hours to speak with him and he gave us five minute of his time. Would not take the case even though we were 7 weeks before the deadline to file, as he said he would not have enough time to investigate it. In other words he was unwilling to file for us before the deadline. Made us feel like our word and evidence we could have shown him was not worth is effort and that we were not trustful.

It's a personal injury law firm

I am writing this review for Ben Yeroushalmi and his team. My Mom was severely injured at her nursing home while sitting in her wheelchair. Since the incident occurred where she was living (nursing home) , nobody ( attorneys/law firms) was willing to help us. The venue was absolutely at fault. I was fortunate to find Ben Yeroushalmi. Without him and his team my mom and I would be in dire straits. Ben worked on her case for over a year, did a tremendous job, with follow up, and constantly fought for us and kept us updated. He didn't have to take our case. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone in need of a highly skilled and expert in Elder Abuse/ Accidents. Thank you again to Ben and his team! We are forever grateful.

Horrible customer service. They owed me some money and i called for a few months. Each time they told me they will call me back and they would not. I finally walked in the office and I asked for payment. Even then they gave me the run around.

So a friend recommended me to go to these people and I was very disappointed. I mean I don't understand why they have a good review when they honestly don't care about their clients they just care about the money. They told me they would take my case and after they found out what the potential amount to win back would be they said they couldn't do it. They would be good if they weren't so greedy.
