Michael was quick, thorough, and although was not available for my case, kindly provided me with a referral who was. In my experience, he went beyond and above what I might have suspected might have been a simple email brush off. I would highly recommend Michael Malk as a lawyer. Recently, I received an email from my university (a private school) that they would no longer be accommodating my religious needs. As a Sabbath-observant Jew, this presented a dilemma for me. I was told by many people to reach out to Mr. Malk, and I'm glad I did. Ben Perlmutter helped me and offered exceptional services as my criminal defense attorney. He got me a wet reckless instead of a DUI and truly made me feel at ease about everything that happened.
