From the get go everyone was pressuring me to go with a man for a lawyer, but my gut instinct told me to stick with Nina. I did and it ended up being the best decision yet. she stood by my side the entire way and took the government's case and ripped it in to shreds. Even though this was a pretty big case with many news paper articles and news reports i was never once worried that i was going to do any time. This is what a good lawyer does to you!!! I recommend her 100% Finally, a lawyer with MORALS !!!

I was arrested in California, and flown all over the Feds airports, Ended up somewhere in Arkansas. Nina, flew there several times, stood before the best. I was charges with money luandring. Nina scrutinized my case, research my case, and reversed the no bail Judgment using the justice of the appalet courts. I was set free, and never went back. I remember just before my release, she called me and said, "you're going home to your family and never coming back here again". She used the law to her advantage. She was shrude and demanded answers. She met with me anytime I needed and at times, she was my Shrink and lawyer at the same time.

Nina Marino did an amazing job in my defense; she took on an extremely complex case and was able to recognize the evidence in a way that I had never seen a professional do. My case involved hacking access cards for Direct TV. The government made it out that i was the #1 hacker in the USA. Charging me with 6 felonies wanting to give me 30yrs.Making me the poster boy for hacking DTV. Mrs. Marino did not represent me for the trial(unfortunatly) , i did not retain her till sentencing. I was found guilty and facing 5-15 yrs. That's when i found Nina . For 2 yrs she fought for me , doing more for me than you would expect any lawyer to do. Always keeping me informed , reassuring me that it will be OK. The day of sentencing i was pretty much getting 4yrs , that's what the guidelines called for . Through her expertise guidence and advice i ended up wth no time. I received 1 yr of house arrest , 5 yrs probation , 1 million in restitution , 1000 hrs of community service , all of which was better that 1 day of jail time. She saved my life , i had at the time a 6 yr old daughter , and jail would of devastated her. The government was not happy , they took it to appeals. After 1 1/2 yrs , they lost their appeal , again Nina Marino saved my life and that of my little girls. The govenment still would'nt rest. They reappealed the appeal , and thanks to Nina , they lost again. She was commited to getting justice for me , never gave up on me and stuck by me when another lawyer would of washed their hands. I would reccommend this exceptional lawyer to anyone that needs a lawyer , anyone that has a bad taste in their mouth about lawyers , Nina Marino will change the way you think about lawyers , she changed my mind.
