Absolutely a stellar staff here! There are many layers to a case. Each layer is handled by a certain person or dept, making you feel confident that you have a great team working for you. They had answered every email, text, phone call and voicemail. It's rarely "fast and easy", so be patient and let them do their jobs! You more than likely will be happy with the outcome of your case :))

Hilda was very nice & caring. She understood what I was going through because she has been dealing with so many cases for many years, she put my mind @ ease, & I was relieved.

I can't say enough about Sean Banafsheh & BD&J! Sean is the most intelligent, professional, friendly and caring attorney that I know. We met Sean about 8 years ago (case settled in 2018) after our prior attorney forfeited our case. My family and I were involved in a trucking accident in Sacramento, California, wife suffered crushed discs on her lower spine. After meeting Sean he made us feel at ease about all the legal stuff and connected us with the best doctors in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills area. I'm so impressed by him and his firm. They really took care of business for us. This was a long fight with the insurance because at first they were denying liability and they didn't want to pay and finally right before trial, we settled the case for the policy limits of $2M. We couldn't have picked a better firm than BD&J. Felt so good that all the partners of the firm were involved in our case. Communication was very important for us and Sean managed that very well! It was really nice of him to give us his cell phone number, we texted/called anytime we had questions and his response was within minutes, even on nights and weekends!
