The team at BD&J are first class. From my initial call while still trying to figure out "what do to" after a violent and traumatic motorcycle accident on the freeway until the completion of my case, I felt like someone was there to "hold my hand" through this process. There was always someone to reassure me not just with words, but with responsive follow through. I've never had to hire an attorney before, so it was an extremely daunting experience--and a huge relief that a compassionate AND competent team like this was there for me. In comparison to about six other firms I called: The other firms were much more "matter of fact" and either not willing to or didn't have the soft skills to understand what a new client might be going through and may have many questions that might be uncomfortable to ask or hard for them to understand. Even when I got to the retainer part, the team at BD&J were very patient and informative taking the time to listen, carefully explain, and follow up internally to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision. My overall experience: Chelsea helped me with my case and was always professional addressing me formally by title and last name as opposed to just casually my first name. We communicated by phone, email, and text. She was never hesitant to call when it made more sense to explain by phone so I wouldn't get confused, and kept all other communication via email and text. Very efficient. She was out of the office for a few days and let me know in advance not to worry if she didn't reply and that she would follow up upon her return. She went above and beyond the call of duty if there were ever any delays in my appointments or follow ups by persistently following up immediately so I would get a response or answer the same day or within a few business days. Among other physical injuries, I experienced a bad concussion, so it was a difficult and vulnerable time for me during the recovery process in the beginning. Her urgency and professionalism helped offset the anxiety and craziness I was feeling. They made sure that I saw the appropriate medical professionals specific to help me heal in my situation, so to hopefully minimize the long-term effects of the injuries and what happened to me. Summary: I was pleasantly surprised that my case was moving forward to get settled much sooner than I had expected. My recovery has been comprehensive, high quality, and well-supported. In short, I felt like the whole team had my back during a scary and stressful experience. The team is a blessing. Thank you, BD&J.

I was going through Google reviews and found this firm and I'm so happy I signed up with them. Rosa is my case manager and she treats me like family. They set up my doctors appointments from PT to head doctors to make sure I fully recover. They are very thorough in giving me the information I needed before I saw the doctors. Sean and Matthew my attorney has been very professional and he's given me his personal cell to call when I have questions. The team is awesome. I recommend this firm to anyone I know!

The firm of BD&J is good at their work very knowledgeable of the law is. The BD&J firm is very helpful, with doctors having them close to home . I highly recommend BD&J they know how to do their job, unfortunately I was hit for a vehicle from behind while I was doing Uber at 4:30 am, so I was worry because my vehicle was damaged and I got injured, and that person hit and run. Since I am with BD&J I feel I’ll so confidente everything will be good Because they are helping me sending me to the doctor, fighting for my right compensation and when I go to the building the staff is so nice. So, I’ll give them 5 stars because they are so professional and they know how to treat their customers.
