I was refered to them by a friend. I have read all the reviews and let me say this. I can personally tell you this is a good Law firm. Everytime i call and bug them they always call me back and explain everything to me. Really great team of lawyers. Im very happy and will tefer people to them. Rosa is the best she always calls me back i guve them 5 stars

This law firm represents my boyfriend and they are very professional and will work with you to make sure you are being taken care of with their network of doctors and specialists.

Do NOT hire. Unethical and immoral to the worst degree. She was referred to me by someone I trusted, and I had zero legal experience, so I took her advice. Only in hindsight, did I realize how much she was taking advantage of me. Direct time inducing actions * Actively delayed communication between opposing counsel, other parent, and myself so that we would spend significantly more time on the case and in court * After receiving warning from the judge about being late, she still left the courtroom and did not return in time so our case was pushed to later in the day AND had to come back to court another day * Failed to file court documents on time (this was the only thing that was legally unethical, and she immediately offered reimbursement to me the penalty imposed by the judge, but only to reduce her own risk for the legally unethical behavior) The list goes on. She claimed her email wasn't working, was disrespectful to me, the other parent, and opposing counsel. When her fees vaulted into the 10s of thousands of dollars, and the question of affordability arose, her advice was that I use child support money to pay her fees - she has no hesitation taking money from a child! Even if you had a 100% guarantee that a babysitter would not abuse your child, would you still want to support and hire that babysitter knowing that she had abused other children, and will likely keep doing it to other children?

I had the privledge and honor of being part of BD&J. I started working for BD&J right when COVID started. I remember thinking that they were going to tell me that I wasn't going to get the job after all. But NO ..... that's not what happened. As a matter a fact HR helped me get to work and back home safe. They didn't want me using public transportation so they found ways for me to get to work and back home. I can honestly say they went out of their way. And the attorneys that I got to meet (by this time almost all of them were working remotely) were great. Even though I was new they made me feel like if I had been there for years. Especially MATHEW. But what I saw was that the people at BD&J were very dedicated to their work. They kept their clients needs in mind, and faught for them. Especially the team I was in, they worked very hard. I think BD&J is a great place to work and the attorneys are great.

I don’t even know where to start. I have known Deborah Soleymani for several years now. I was a client and now I would like to call her a friend. She represented me against a very nasty attorney a few years back. She was everything that I needed...professional, intelligent, strong and most importantly compassionate. She helped navigate me through a very hard time in my life and she followed up with me after. I have since referred friends to her and each have said the same things. I highly recommend her services.
