Hired Lalezary in July 2020 after a February 2020 accident. Lalezary sent me to a new chiropractor to continue treatment; I explained I was disabled and couldn't afford any risk of out-of-pocket costs, but Lalezary assured me it would be covered. After 2 weeks and $1800 in treatment, Lalezary contacted the doctor (not me) to notify them they were releasing me as a client and any medical bills weren't going to be covered. After I left an online review, Lalezary called me saying they were going to "take care of" the bill with the doctor. After a few weeks, Lalezary and the doctor reached an agreement to settle the balance for $600. Lalezary called me to confirm they would be sending a check to the doctor, and the doctor also confirmed the settlement would take care of the bill. Over a month later, the doctor still hasn't received the check and Lalezary isn't returning calls or messages.

After my car accident, I felt confused and scared about my situation. I didn't know how I would afford my medical bills, get to work, and feed my family. All my worries dissipated the moment I talked to Shervin. He is the type of person who can make anyone feel immediately welcome and comfortable, no matter what mood they're in. He is also very professional and direct. He talked to me about the injury claim process in a way I could understand, handled my medical appointments, and got me a very good settlement in the end. Without hesitation, I would recommend him to friends and family.

Iam thankful for Shervin and Shawn both brothers and their team are very professional! They spent their time answering my questions and disregarded the papers for me when I wanted to stop proceeding with everything within few days. I Highly recommend them.
