Good job William Hinz. You wrote your rebuttal to the complaint filed against me without even seeing the filing. Two hours later the Court turned down their request as having no basis and we laughed all the way home. You were a hoot and thanks for recovering my loot. Will work with you again someday.

Bill and his team are outstanding! Bill is a sharp strategist who truly cares for his clients. He immediately recognized my husband's personality issues and knew how to use this to our advantage. He knows how to deal with aggressive people who have control issues. I would highly recommend him.

I never write reviews, but after working with Mr Hinz I had to. Before walking into his office I was scared and wasn't sure what was in my future. After contacting a few attorneys I knew immediately Mr Hinz was the attorney for me. He was very knowledgeable and able to explain things so I could understand. I was shocked when he told me he was able to get my case dismissed. I strongly suggest Mr. Hinz to anyone looking for an attorney.

Divorce is a difficult emotional journey. I consulted Mr. Hinz when my situation became too challenging to handle without representation. Mr. Hinz, and his secretary Pat, took the time to help me understand what was really going on in my case at that time, and make rational decisions regarding protecting my future. It turned out to be an unfortunate and protracted battle... one I could not have endured without very supportive and understanding counsel during the process. I am very grateful for and extremely impressed with the clear communication I received regarding my case. Mr. Hinz was fair and ethical thru the negotiation and trial process, protecting me from unreasonable expectations and demands by the opposing attorney. I've recommended Mr. Hinz to family members and received his services in other matters and will continue to do so when needed.

I wish I would have never met this attorney. Once he got my money he was basically done with me. He doesn't answer phone calls or emails. He lied to me in trial and misled so we would settle with the opposition and not go before the judge. He represented somebody else at the same day and time we were in court but still charged me for the full 3 hours we were there in court. I have made a new court date to try and modify the mess he has made of my case. It's going take another 4 months and $1000.00 to fix his mess. If you are thinking about hiring him I would tell you to run the other way!

Mr. Hinz hired me to do law clerk project work when I was a stay-at-home mom/wife with two young daughters living in Rancho Santa Margarita with a fax machine and a small law library(graduation gift from my parents) to earn extra income for our small family. I remember one of the projects Mr. Hinz and I completed was a motion for summary judgment and he won the case for his client with one efficient legal maneuver. On the rare occasion when I would need to drive from RSM to drop off or pick up legal work, his secretary, who lived in the Whittier/Santa Fe Springs area, would meet me near her home so I didn't have to drive the distance to the Brea/La Habra office with my small children. The kids and I could also visit our grandparents who lived in SFS on the same trip. Mr. Hinz is an extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and respectable attorney, and I would strongly recommend him without hesitation.

Bill, Talked a big game however he never delivered, He was given information from day one and did not even set up a court date for arrears. He Told me it would cost me up front 500.00 for child who was over 18, 1200.00 for child visitation and 700.00 for Arrears of child payment. I have paid over 2800.00 and we never even went to court!!!!!!!!!!He does not return phone calls or answer his e-mail, today I let Gloria know I was firing him and will be calling the state bar as well as taking him to court. I have never been so disapointed in my life and I hope he chooses another line of work because he has no right being an attorney...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would definitely NOT recommend attorney William (Bill) Hinz. We hired Bill Hinz for a modification to a current child visitation order, and to establish custody for a second child (two separate cases at the same time.) Bill and his secretary Gloria gave us the run around for months. They were rarely in the office when I would call and even when I was able to get a hold of Gloria, I was always rushed off the phone with no real answers to any of my questions. During the actual court hearing, Bill Hinz did not look out for our (his client’s) best interest and even left out very important specific items that we had requested to be included our court order. We in turn had to hire a new attorney to re-submit both of our child custody court orders to have them corrected. It was a waste of both my time and money hiring Bill Hinz. I was very unsatisfied with the level of service I received from both Bill Hinz and his staff.
