We established a family Trust in 2019, I called to make changes to the trust, left a message, call was not returned, then contacted them through their chat and had my call finally returned 3 weeks later by an INCREDIBLY RUDE secretary. This woman was frustrated by my questions (I have no idea what the process is to make changes, yet she spoke to me like I was a idiot), after she was completely unprofessional for the entirety of our conversation, she told me it was too difficult for her to make an appointment for me, 3 people quit apparently, not surprised if they are working with this woman. I called her out on her unprofessional tone and she literally hung up on me. Go anywhere else, these people don't have time for you and their problem of turnover is now the problem of their clients. NO THANK YOU!

Communication, honesty, and understanding are the key to any situation. I can honestly say that requiring services at East County Family Law firm, did just that. I was hesitant throughout the process. What do I know about the legal system? But Elizabeth spoke to me and understood what I needed. Took everything in consideration when we spoke. This law group is completely unethical, immoral, incompetent, unprofessional, and downright shady! Michael Amthor submits false claims and changes court documents (check you Findings After Hearing). He will keep you IN the system for as long as possible and try to destroy your family rather than do the right thing and settle your case as quickly and as amicably as possible because all he wants is money and revenge. East County Family Law cares only about doing what is best for their law firm while you and your family will walk away poor and more broken.

Julie here at East County Family Law guided my divorce with efficiency and tremendous tact. Although I was not the point person in the early interactions she kept me updated on everything with a very thorough and professional style via email and phone. When it came down to signing divorce documents in person with both parties in the room, I have to say she administered that with the same grace and professionalism as she had the virtual portion of the divorce.
