Thanks to her for her great professionalism and taking us by the hand in each of the steps that were needed to successfully obtain the visa and then obtain the Green Card.

Great service. Had a good experience. Process of getting my documentation was fast. The part that takes the longest was on my side of getting documentation ready. Other than that process was fast. Definitely recommended anyone to give them a call and they will definitely make the process quick and easy.

I unfortunately did not have a good experience when I hired this Law office's services. On my immigration documents it clearly stated that in order to ever adjust my status, a motion to reopen my case in front of an immigration judge needed to be filed to the immigration court. I hired Linnette Tano Clark to do just that but who knows why she decided to file that motion to the District Attorney instead. Promised it would be resolved within 6 months. A year later we still hadn't received a response from the DA. After expressing to her how disappointed and lost I felt she was very condescending and said she had done everything she could of done. I have no choice but to hire another firm who efficiently submitted the motion to the proper place (immigration court) and my motion was reviewed by the judge within 2 months. They also helped me continue my adjustment of status with USCIS and now only 7 months after hiring them I was able to hold my resident card! If I had continued "waiting" for the DA to respond, I would still be waiting... Unfortunately I did not only lost money to this law firm (Linnette's) but also time! I would not be able to ever recommend them and would strongly suggest to anyone to seek a second opinion before hiring them as their representatives. In response to your response... I do not have anything further to discuss with your law office. I stand by what I said. I was repeatedly told by Victor (Linnette's assistant) that the "attorney" referring to the DA had still not answer to the motion filed. Even Linnette's on our last conversation mentioned the District Attorney, that is not something I came up with!! I have no ill intend with my review but to make others aware that there might be mistakes made by this law firm. A motion to reopen my case was never filed, which is what I hired Linnette's Taño Clark Law Offices to do. Instead she filed a Joint Motion to Terminate Proceedings and that is the reason why my case was in the limbo. What is done is done, but with my review I hope to help whoever might be in the same waiting game as I was.

First and foremost I'd like to thank The office of Linnette and all of her staff. I sponsored my wife using the services they provide and it went as smooth as it could've gone. Fast professional and efficient. Within the first 2 months of turning in our paperwork my wife had her work permit. 3 and a half months later she had her residency card. They offer pay plans that work with you. She was recommended by a family memeber and I do recommend her. Definitely a 5 star service all around
