Our 15 year old son was a passenger which was involved in a bad accident. His face was scarred and he was embarrassed to go to school. We went to a few attorneys who rejected our case before finding Luchadores Legales and Michael, who agreed to help us. In the end, my son was able to get plastic surgery and after attorney fees were taken out and all of our son's medical expenses have been paid, my son received $900,000. My wife and I thought it was hopeless but we believed our son was wrong and that there would be justice. We are very grateful for Michael.

Hired the firm to address an issue with our mortgage company, who were violating the CA Consumer Bill of Rights. We had a bit of shuffling between attorneys early on. But were able to get answers when needed. Michael became actively involved towards the end of our case, which he negotiated a settlement that was good for us. If you are having issues with the banks, Michael is a good choice.

Michael took on my case after I was denied and put a blame in a car accident. He reversed the liability and had a settlement in my hands within six months. Very happy I choose to go with him.

Unable to recommend, as a client last week (July 13, 2018) in active litigation for a foreclosure, Avanesian failed to notify me (and the court) that he assigned my case to a new associate attorney. Literally 5 minutes before an injunction hearing I got a text from my newly assigned attorney telling me he needed critical information and consequently he failed to prepare and I suffered severe consequences. I am unable to recommend as he failed to communicate critical changes with me and I subsequently suffered and lost the hearing.

Talking to Michael is easy and pleasant. Yes, he is surely well versed in bankruptcy law; however this is true for many lawyers. The differentiating quality in him is his unique his social skills. He deftly handled me as a nervous client with courtesy and humor. He also assured me of the validity of our legal position, something I have noticed other lawyers are afraid to do lest they miscalculate and later be criticized. He showed the same warmth and common sense to the lender’s counsel, and as a consequence, negotiated as generous settlement without engaging in expensive litigation. Such strategy is extremely valuable, saved me tens of thousands of dollars, and while one would expect to find it more broadly, it is in fact quite rare. God bless him for his good character and skill.
