Mr DeSimone is a great professional intelligent and respectful Lawyer whom, I researched all over the internet to find Mr DeSimone after 2 prior lawyers for my divorce dragging out the case for 3 years. Mr DeSimone answered all my questions and responded immediately and followed through. Mr DeSimone is kind and considerate to the circumstances. Mr DeSimone also helped me with a completely separate issue and stood in to help receive documents with respect to my son which I was grateful for. Really great lawyer and a nice man!

I thank Donald for literally saving my sons life since Feb 2020 by getting and defending my sole legal and physical custody rights of my son. Donald has helped protect him from a VERY dangerous situation by defeating some of the most expensive lawyers money can buy and doing it MUCH cheaper than them! My Ex's parents have practically unlimited funds to throw at their lawyers to fight for their hate filled souls. In the beginning they were dead set on stripping my rights as a father leaving me broke with every other weekend with my son. But soon, thanks to Donald, they ended up paying hundreds of thousands for video visits! After 3 years of being forced into court by my ex, our son is safe AND I can still feed him! Donald has been through every single family and criminal law situation many times if over the course of 30 years! I interviewed many lawyers before him and he was the only lawyer that could explain in great detail the exact nature of my situation without hesitation or trying to push me to a decision. He is very quick in the court room during trial, cross examination and making our case to the judge despite my Ex's very well paid and peristant attorneys.
