David Diamond is an outstanding Civil Attorney. He took my TRO case knowing that my ex-husband was not only abusive to me but my children as well. My EX has been walking the fine tightrope of abuse and lying in court for over 4 years. David expanded the scope of the case and convinced the judge that the TRO was too limiting. The Judge agreed and expanded the matter to reconsider safety of the children. David not only took the time to understand the facts and the case presented to him, but he also understood all the fears and helped us to better understand the process and navigate through all the forms and necessary items that went with the process. He was well-prepared for my case and presented the facts in the courtroom with confidence and accuracy. He knows the law inside and out. It is because of David Diamond's outstanding ability to present the facts that the Judge gleaned the truth, not only granting the TRO to protect my children and me, but additionally ordering my ex to go to anger management and counseling, and only have supervised visitation.
