Vladimir Galstyan is absolutely a genius. I had been working with another firm and my visa was denied. I was hopeless when I found Vladimir and his firm and was told they deal with many denial reversals. He is the most knowledgeable attorney i have yet to meet with O-1 visas. My o-1 was approved in 8 days and i cannot be happier. I highly recommend Vlad. He is a top notch lawyer who surpassed all expectations.

Suzie is an absolute rockstar. My journey began in July 2016 as an F1 student in California, who subsequently won the obscure, little-known “diversity green card lottery”. My case was unusual however, in that, although from Ireland (an eligible country), I was technically born in the UK (an ineligible country). This became a cause of great anxiety because, as time went on, I put down firmer roots in the U.S. (job, friends, car lease, club memberships, future ambitions etc.), while being acutely aware of the fact that I only had two months left before my work permit expired. Another quirk in my case was that I was already in the U.S. and therefore applying for 'adjustment of status', rather than the relatively straight-forward 'consular processing' 90% of diversity lottery winners opt for in their home countries. Time was of the essence and getting the right result was crucial. The process ultimately went as smoothly as one could hope. Suzie filed all the correct documents in the right place at the right time, knew how to expedite my case while simultaneously remaining cool, calm and under control - an essential trait in what can be a very stressful experience with a lot at stake. Moreover, Suzie knew how to fit my case within the parameters of “the missionary exception”, which meant my birth in the UK was no longer a problem. I can’t recommend Suzie enough and look forward to using her services when I apply for citizenship in 5 years’ time!

Vladimir has a very deep knowledge of o1b visa. he is intelligent, very fast and very detailed. He studies your case very well and your case is very important for him. I found Vladimir through the internet and I contacted his previous client. I researched a lot to find a relaible attorney. The first time I called his office and I had 15 mins phone consultation with him, I realized his 15 mins consultation on a phone is way more productive than one hour in-person consultation that I had with other attorneys, so I schedule a meeting with him.He really knows what he is doing. I wasn't positive about my case but he works a lot on my case as it is his own visa and I got my approval and I didn't get RFE. I am a fine artist and many attornies do not have a skill to win a o1b for fine artist but Vladimir has a very deep understanding of factors for fine artists as well as other industries.
