Best attorney ever. I live in an apartment complex (like most in la) that have irresponsible unprofessional landlords who don't fix things right. I had mold in my bathroom and so did many others in our complex. My Landlord refused to remediate correctly and wanted to cut corners and insisted the mold was only on the surface. I was able to gather a small group and called Neer to see if we had a case. He was amazing. He's super attentive, but most of all treats you with compassion. He really cared about us as people and that made all the difference in the world. I've had a couple of attorneys in the past for other issues and I could never get a word in with them nor get any questions answered. Neer always explained everything to me and was very honest and upfront about the process And what to expect throughout. Not once did I have to hound him for updates about my case because he would come to me to update me every couple weeks. We didn't even need to go to court because they were able to get my landlord to settle. You don't see this kind of care in most law firms. Well should I commence? Mr. Lerner is extremely knowledgeable, available and responsive, and he will get the job done!
