I was represented well by chichyan’s law office. The service is great and they act fast. Atty Chichyan will really work for what you deserve to get from your car accident which is not your fault. I’m recommending this law office for those who needs legal service in car accident.

This company is shady. They wanted to settle my case and had not read my file. It's on going and I got screwed by them

Their call center receptionist who named Tracy was super rude and lacking manners, didn’t let clients talk, she just hurry and busy to pickup and hung-up phone calls, not care you are a client or not. Also, what they posted online says they handle 5150 case, is all lies, when you call, they’ll tell you they don’t take this type of case. Be careful to choose this firm. This firm have the guts to rude to potential client, don’t have the guts to admit it, shame on them. I called at least 3 times , I even went to there office, but they don’t actually have office, they only rent an office room and have meeting there when they have an appointment, they don’t even have their own office, they only handle with current 5150 hold case, not like they posted help after when you need sue for improper hold, what they posted, it’s just a beautiful words, their staff named Tracy was impatience and rude and mean. If I lie about what I said, I’ll be cursed to get cancer.

The most pitiful excuse for a law group, gave the run around for 3 months just to have employees hang up in my face with disgusting attitudes. Lousy lawyers!! Don’t waste your time!!! Find a better lawyer.

So I had a ongoing case with them that took over a year to handle due to the actual evidence I was able to provide in terms of my claim. So even with all that, myself & the firm still sticking it out & being patient. WE both came to a understanding in terms of getting the MOST out of my claim. Also with the firm GIVING ME A HUGE DISCOUNT, got a very REAL, FAIR & REASONABLE settlement. I'm very pleased & happy with their service. Would refer them to anyone in need of their services. Michael Simmrin was fantastic. Family member was put on a 5150 hold and sent to a terrible mental hospital in the Northern California area. They wanted to extend my sister to a 5250 without a real reason. They denied her, her ROI and basically treated her subhuman.
