I can’t thank Simmrin Law Group enough. They were quick to work on our case. I had reached out to the firm needing help since my husband was but on an 5150 and they were trying to extend him to 5250 hold w/out probable cause. Michael Simmrin called me back quickly, gave me his cell number so I was able to contact him and update him quickly. He explained exactly what the mental health places do, and luckily he had experience with the facility my husband was being held at. We were calling the facility and had no luck on getting any answers as to why he was being held longer. With Michael’s help, they rushed a hearing and my husband was released the next day. There are legal professionals and then there are legal professionals who have an almost WWII nursemaid-like bedside manner. Michael Simmrin is very much of the latter.
