We had a film project that we'd been trying to close the financing on for almost a year. We had investors, but every time we tried to structure the deal, we just couldn't come to agreement. In a single afternoon, Chaz was able to get all of the investors to come to agreement and get a final term sheet drafted and signed. Within a week, we had money in escrow. Great job.

I recently worked this feature, and this guy was production counsel. I have never seen any production counsel like this guy. He was like the real Ray Donovan, but in a legal way. Any problem we had, he was on it. He did way more than I would have expected. Highly recommend this one.

Chaz was very creative in devising a strategy that would help/solve our problem. There are many moving pieces, or trusts involved in our situation and I was a little confused on the timing and the flow. This is not meant to be a complaint, I just lacked understanding of how all these trusts worked together.
