Great service & legal insights.

I have dealt with the LA Law Center in Glendale for about two years on behalf of my elderly parents. I have always received thorough, fair and professional service from this firm. I would highly recommend them!

How wonderful and diligent this firm is. The staff here has assisted us, from 3000 miles away, with the care of our mother. They have bent over backwards with the hurdles of Elder Care from a distance away, helping us with so many aspects throughout the last year of Mom's care. We wholeheartedly endorse this Law Firm.

My wife and I drove 1 1/2 hours to meet with Joseph McHugh regarding setting up a trust for our family. We met with him in an open office, with open doors, discussing our confidential matters. His office was more like a telemarketers room than a lawyers with staff listening in on our entire conversation. After supplying him with copies of our sensitive documents, he committed to getting back to us the following week & setting up our family trust within 2 weeks. However, he never called us back. Additionally, he never returned any of the eight messages we left for he and his staff. In our opinion, his professional conduct is both disappointing & disgraceful. We recommend avoiding L.A. Law Center.

Being 3000 miles away with Mom suddenly in need of care, I do not know what would become of her if it was not for LA Law. Diana is so patient and sweet and helpful. Kathy takes no prisoners when the system seems to be against you and your efforts. This firm made Mom's last years without tension and they saved us, too. I cannot thank them enough. Diana, we will miss talking to you! Joe, you have the best!!!!

Joe and his team handled my in law's estate from living trust until they passed away. We could not have done any of this without their help. When ever an issue arose, a phone call was all it would take. I would recommend Joe and LA Law Center to anyone with an estate issue.

I had no idea what to do when my mom went from hospital to nursing home and we were faced with paying $15,000 a month when Medicare ran out. Joe and his staff jumped into action and met with us on a Saturday for a free consult. They saw that we needed to move some assets so mom could qualify for Medi-Cal ASAP. Within a couple of weeks Medi-Cal was paying for nursing care and we saved mom's house from state recovery. Every person in this office is always helpful and they even give you a cell number for weekends. If you need any estate planning call these people! They saved our mom savings and the family home all at once!

Joe and Kathy Mchugh were such a big help to our family during my mother's last four years of life. They were professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of her situation. Every detail was handled quickly, and I was informed as to the process during each step. Something that really stood out to me was the fact that Kathy told me to call her anytime I had any questions, and gave me her cell number. (I don't think I was an exception). This just seemed to be the way she worked. I was never made to feel I had asked one too many questions and now it was time to pay up! I never received a bill for all the times I needed to call. With Joe and Kathy it was about helping people and not just dollar signs. This is a rare trait in today's world and says something about their character. I would highly recommend LA Law Firm and will be forever grateful.
