Before finding Vlad I had a horrible nightmare with a law firm that ruined my application for an O1 visa and resulted in a 12 page document RFE. I was petrified, felt lost and no hope. I researched tons of lawyers and found Vlad, I called him straight away and as soon as I told him about my case he was exceptionally sympathic and went through everything with me on my RFE. I had no hesitation he was the lawyer I was searching for all along. Best attorney ever. I live in an apartment complex (like most in la) that have irresponsible unprofessional landlords who don't fix things right. I had mold in my bathroom and so did many others in our complex. My Landlord refused to remediate correctly and wanted to cut corners and insisted the mold was only on the surface. I was able to gather a small group and called Neer to see if we had a case. He was amazing. He's super attentive, but most of all treats you with compassion. He really cared about us as people and that made all the difference in the world. I've had a couple of attorneys in the past for other issues and I could never get a word in with them nor get any questions answered.
