I had called a few firms and had been disappointed with them and within seconds of speaking to Mike I knew this was different. That feeling held throughout the process. Mike was very upfront about the fact that no attorney can guarantee a result which I appreciated, but not only was he able to get the best result for me I would still be giving him the best possible review either way because he gave me peace of mind throughout the process by helping me feel that I had a competent attorney in my corner who was invested in getting me the best outcome. Mike's colleague Sherry Cross was equally excellent. Were I to have any legal needs in the future I would reach out to this firm as a first step even if I didn't think it was their area. Mr. Michael Simmrin listened to my concerns about my DUI case that had already been disposed or closed. I needed help requesting an appeal, which is very difficult to get approved by a judge. The Law Offices of David Chesley made the experience as effortless as could be expected under the circumstances and I truly felt that every individual worked superbly. David worked to perfection (no suspension), and David took care of everything through the court. This law firm really did a horrible job handling my case I had my case go from hand to hand to about 10 different attorneys they were never good with keeping communication I felt like my case was never a priority they settled for way less then what was even demanded and took even longer paying me my portion which was a lot less then their cut....
