Kateryna Bilenka is a very professional lawyer. My experience working with her has been great. I was impressed by Kateryna’s ability to show patience, fortitude, and dogged attention in regards to not only the legal side of her service but also making sure that I trust her judgement. Alongside her ability to do her job exceptionally, Kateryna’s tendency to keep a light, friendly demeanor in the face of adversity was infectious. I’m so grateful I chose Kateryna Bilenka for my bankruptcy. I went to graduate school and found myself in trouble afterwards, especially paying high Los Angeles rent. I really wanted someone I could trust, it can be an emotional process. She is fairly priced and extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, responsive, considered, non-judgmental and kind. On the day of my appearance, I watched one person after another walk up unprepared just to be turned away from the attorney without their bankruptcy being processed. I’ve had a lot of people refer me to several lawyers from all over the country but I trusted my instincts and did my own research. I went to a few lawyer consultations but I was not feeling it. After my first consultation with Vladimir (Jan 28th) I signed with him right on spot. I came here on a B1/B2 visa and the stamp in my passport (when to leave the US) said March 6th. Means I only had a little more than a month to file my case. Vladimir has the winners attitude that I was really looking for. If you are looking for an immigration lawyer, Vladimir is the one to go!! I had my both EB1 and O1B denied last year and beginning of this year and I was hopeless. Then I found Vladimir and decided to work with him. On the 15th day of premium processing, (which was yesterday) he sent me an amazing news that I got O1B approved for 3 years. I worked with several different lawyers before but haven’t met anyone like Vladimir. He was the most creative and supportive lawyer I have ever met. He treats you and the case as if it’s his own life matter. He is genuine, caring, fast, and super responsive. I honestly couldn’t have done it without him. As I’m a freelance commercial photographer, my case was harder compared to actors, directors and etc. but Vladimir made it happen. If you want your visa to get approved, hire Vladimir and no one else!!! He is seriously the best in the field.
