The first step I had to take to learn about bankruptcy was to "make the call." I called 9 bankruptcy firms and left voicemails with each of them. Out of those 9 calls, only two attorneys returned my call. The first attorney was aggressive and a bit overwhelming for me which instantly created an unforeseeable connection. The second attorney was Kateryna Bilenka. Mrs. Bilenka explained everything thoroughly and in a very comprehensible manner, which was imperative to me. This is when I knew she was the one. She worked as quickly as I did and I am certain she adjusts her pace to meet her clients pace. Along with her sincerity and personable traits, she was extremely helpful and made every step as easy as possible for me. I will continue to highly recommend Kateryna Bilenka as she was excellent in every facet across the board and I mean that wholeheartedly. I’m so grateful I chose Kateryna Bilenka for my bankruptcy. I went to graduate school and found myself in trouble afterwards, especially paying high Los Angeles rent. I’ve had a lot of people refer me to several lawyers from all over the country but I trusted my instincts and did my own research. I went to a few lawyer consultations but I was not feeling it. After my first consultation with Vladimir (Jan 28th) I signed with him right on spot. I came here on a B1/B2 visa and the stamp in my passport (when to leave the US) said March 6th.
