Does not handle consumer rights Lie on there advertising

I like the verbal honesty from the beginning. There was no guarantee that my case would win, but that they would do their best. They gave my case a chance and I appreciate that. I had Edith Alverez and I believe she did the best she could with the information I had provided her. I was told communication would be minimum unless there needed to be some follow up questions and I had a few of those. I feel like Edith fought from every angle she could and I wasn't even there to see or hear it. She called during hours I was available or left emails, voice mails and text messages, so you can't say she didn't contact you, lol. Edith never acted out of character and always was empathic to my situation. I didn't know if I would win or not, due to my own thoughts but I'd definitely choose to use you all again. Edith did great. Thank you : )

Michael Simmrin has fought 4 cases for me and has been there for me the entire time. Very uplifting and a AMAZING Attorney I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of all 4 cases and has made it possible for me not to worry or stress about the outcome of these cases. Fighting multiple years in prison he has fought for me currently not facing any time for any of these cases. I highly recommend Michael Simmrin.

Nearly six months has gone by and not once have they asked me for anything, what resolution I wanted, or for any of my proof for my claim. When I do get the momentary opportunity to speak to someone on the phone, it feels like the Ice Age. Cold. Short. Definitely not sweet. Obviously not saying much because they don't know a thing about my case. If you had a suggestion box, I'd suggest that you learn some basic considerate people skills, and not to speak to your clients like your poo don't stink. As far as all these good reviews, there's no way these are real. Not if you have been dealing with the same 2 women I had. It truly feels like a scam. One star (because I have to) for the initial screener lady, she was very sweet. She listened and had rapport with me. Thank you for that, whoever you were.
