I called and spoke to an individual about a situation I was having with my landlord. He was very rude and hung up the phone. I called to ask questions and was made to feel like an idiot. The whole point why we call you is to ask questions. You don’t have to be demeaning though under any circumstances.

I hired John and his team for a divorce that I’m currently going through and I feel that I’m in good hands. John and his paralegal, Cesar, has been very helpful with the process and thoroughly explaining each step to me. As difficult as it is to go through a divorce, they’re making the legal part of it less burdensome. I’m glad I was able to find them after having trouble finding legal counsel that were genuinely interested in helping rather than just interested in payments. Even though my divorce has yet to be finalized, I am very satisfied with the services they’ve provided so far (about 10 months worth). Not that I’m hoping for anyone else to go through a divorce, but I would definitely refer them to people I know.
