Troy Otus was just awesome with my case. I didn't think there was any way I was going to get what I deserved. Troy just kept fighting for me and the case was closed. He truly understands how crazy workers comp. can make you. He really took the time to listen to me and get me what I deserved. Thanks again !!

I have to say I am very pleased with the work that Summit Defense did for me. The attorneys and staff at this firm are experienced and really know what they are doing. Before I went into their office I was skeptical about spending money on a private attorney, but I'm glad I did it. They made sure I was able to follow along with what was happening every step of my case and explained all the possible consequences. They were able to get me to the best outcome that I don't think I would've been able to get had I gone with a public defender. They were even accommodating to my financial situation and worked with me on payments for my retainer fee. I have complete faith in Summit Defense and would recommend them to anyone no hesitation!

I called and spoke to an individual about a situation I was having with my landlord. He was very rude and hung up the phone. I called to ask questions and was made to feel like an idiot. The whole point why we call you is to ask questions. You don’t have to be demeaning though under any circumstances.
