Terrific experience, I and really appreciate the transparency throughout the process - would highly recommend!

Laura is the ultimate professional who cares about her clients. I only practice personal injury law so when I have a client asking for a referral for estate planning in her area, she's my first call. If you need estate planning, special needs trusts, estate/trust administration, probate help, or any of the above, Laura Croft is the best!

So happy to find Laura to help with my trust needs. I have tried other law firms and had terrible experiences before. Usually they will quote a number, then you will be surprised to learn that every question you ask them will be charged with "billable hours", which usually is several hundred dollars per hour. Laura is completely different. I love her flat rate pricing and she cares so much about me and my family. The whole process is painless and very efficient. I can't recommend her high enough.

We just finished our estate plan with Laura Croft, who was highly recommended through our NextDoor community. I'm so glad we found her! I'd tried several times in the 7 years since our kids were born to write a will and trust, but ended up never getting it done because our experiences with the lawyers (mostly through Hyatt legal services from work) were terrible - from lack of attention to detail to complete inability to explain what I was signing up for meant I just didn't trust that the plan was good. Laura started off the process by requiring us to get our financial lives in order - using a very clear form that needed to be filled out before we met. That meant she knew our situation well, and was quickly able to hone in on what was important. She laid out the process well, so we really knew what we needed and why. Then during the process, she walked us through each step, explaining our options and what the implications of it would be. I feel very comfortable that she helped us think through even unlikely scenarios to make sure that our plans would cover even worst case options. She kept things moving swiftly, and was very organized and focused with the time she asked of us. Finally, when the plan arrived, she included a flow chart that very simply laid out what happens in different situations, and then walked us through the whole document in plain English and answered all our questions. She included very clear instructions on how to fund our trust A couple of things I really appreciated: - Her approach to our guardianship arrangements - she not only helped us identify guardians, but also provided instructions for how to make sure that if something were to happen to us, the children would be provided for in the short term while they can be connected to their long term guardians, including little cards for us to keep in our wallets and glove boxes with instructions on who to contact. - She also included letters to send to everyone who has a "role" in our will & trust, so they know they are named (as guardians, executors etc), what that entails, and have her contact information in case they have questions. I feel confident that if something happens to us, our intentions will be clear and carried out, and the stress on our families of dealing with our estate will be minimized, which was a huge priority for me.
