I was a part of a tenant’s association that needed to negotiate the sale of our apartment building, and Andrew was so effective at guiding us through the process. He was extremely responsive and transparent, and negotiated a contract that was more than satisfactory for all of the tenants in the association. We just received our final payment, and Andrew was the reason we were able to have a stress-free move out of our building. I would not think twice about recommending him to anyone in need of an attorney, and especially for anything involving DC tenant’s rights. Thank you Andrew!

I've worked with a number of attorneys and professional service firms but, Andrew Kirtley sits right at the top. He is very knowledgeable in the area of tenant representation and demonstrates a killer mindset for serving the client. I wish all of my interactions with attorneys were this good. I first met with Andrew on a Friday afternoon and left our meeting feeling absolutely great going into the weekend. I was impressed with his advice and felt confident in our plan of action. Aside from that Andrew is very engaging and the sort of person that everyone wants to work with.
