I contacted Mr. Siegwart in regards to a "simple" inheritance house sale from Germany. After contacting the opposing law firm we discovered that this was being disputed by a third party and involved two other law firms. BUT, I was pleasantly surprised. I went through the "Beibehaltungs Genehmigung" in order to keep my German citizenship. I thought it was a lot of paper work and back and forth and lots of aggravation, etc., to apply for the Beibehaltungs Genehmigung. However, I can only say that I am still flabbergasted how easy it was. I knew exactly what to expect and what to do since I was provided with a list of items to take care of at the first free consultation. From then on, everything was getting even easier. Everyone in Mr. Siegwart's office was very attentive and the application went through pretty quickly. I felt taken care of and NEVER frustrated.
