I had a water damage in my investment condo with mold problem. Half of the kitchen cabinets and counter was damaged. Part of wood floor was damaged too. Water came from unit above. I contacted Russell in this firm. He worked with HOA with his magic and I got full new kitchen, complete floor replacement for the whole unit and fresh paint. I had some water damage in my kitchen that my insurance company was giving me a hard time with. After repeated attempts to get assistance, i contacted Russell, and he helped me navigate a really slow and laborious insurance claim. He and Kambiz Drake worked with the insurance company to get our situation resolved. Russell was persistent with the insurance company even after they cycled through a handful of claims agents, as well as a couple of 3rd party adjusters. Throughout the process I was updated and given advice as needed. I would definitely work with Russell and Kambiz again!
