My husband has been dealing with Mr Starr for some time now on his truck. He settled the case and it’s been over three months and he has not received the check. He never returns call. I would never use him again or refer him to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about everyone in this office. I filed a Lemon Law claim on my Chevy Cruze and from beginning to end, these people were amazing, quick, and kind. After submitting a request for consult on their website, I was contacted quickly by someone who took my information and eventually took my case. They didn't make me feel dumb for asking too many or too ridiculous of a question, and they emailed me with any little change (good or bad). I have a pending case with them (over 2 years now) and I am never able to get a hold of Robert. When I call, he is either on the phone or not in the office. When I e-mail, he does not reply back. I have been dealing with the case worker/manager but she is also not easy to get a hold of. My questions don't get answered timely and things are just not going well. If your case is not big then are not going to focus a lot of time on it as they are super busy with other cases.
