I had a very poor experience working with I.Malatesta. He was always busy, mostly concerned about his bills, he did not listen, he did not read files and key documents. He did not handle paperwork in a timely fashion and made loosing significant amount of money. He made decisions without consulting. He also did not appear confident or adept in front of the judge. He often overbilled.
