Took on my case heavily implying it was a no-brainer in my favor, 4 years later they are telling me I basically have to settle because they now think I have no chance. They left with 75% of my settlement, and had absolutely zero final contact with me after the case closed beyond sending me my chunk of the check. I take this silence as a cowardly admission of their poor handling of my case. Absolutely do not recommend.

My case was won at the end of June my check was supposedly mailed out to me but unfortunately ended up in the hands of someone else prior to my check being mailed out I asked if there was another way to get my funds to me with out dealing with mail and I was told “no that how we operate” I was told by Robert start associates that my check was some how cashed into someone else’s bank account with out identification or any proof of rightful ownership. I have now waited four months after winning my case and I have still not received my payment from them they do not call me and give me any updates about the case I literally have to call them every two weeks to receive an update if I can get ahold of some one I feel as if I’m not important to them cause I’m am not a big ticket case Winnie spoke to me as if I had stolen my own check and was calling to complain about it I am repeatedly told there is no one else that can deal with my case when I cannot get ahold of Jessica I DON’T KNOW WHO ELSE TO TELL YOU TO GO WITH BUT I BELIEVE YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF DEALING WITH A DIFFERENT FIRM

Please save you time and do not go with these people. Very unresponsive and will give you misleading information.

find a lawyer elsewhere. Winnie is incompetent and Trever isnt much help. I assume the reviews are from friends of the company.

Robert, Trevor, and Jessica. were excellent resources to settle my auto fraud claim . I had results within 30 days. They communicated well and I always could get them on the phone for questions . I recommend them highly should you have any dealer fraud or contract lemon law issues. Thank you!!

Robert and his staff are courteous and professional. He went above and beyond to help me and his letter to BMW made all the difference in their response time. Because of him, a situation that was dragging on for months was resolved in one week. He helped me to truly to just be helpful, he didn't even make any money from my situation and then he followed up with me months later just to see that everything was ok. What a nice person! Thank you Robert and team!

Robert Starr is one of the best lawyers I’ve ever met. Can’t say enough good things.
