Unlike most law firms, you are veery different and i have appreciated all of your help and timeliness in helping me when I've had problems or concerns about how to keep me happy.

I had a very complex probate situation after my brother and his son died in a plane crash in June 2017. Not only were there basic probate issues, but my brother was operating a complicated international travel business. Louis tackled the project and was able to unwind the business and do all of the "forensic accounting" and client communications. It was a godsend. What stood out more than the professional execution was the positive attitude, genuine care and emotional support Louis provided. He and his team are an elite group of dedicated professionals. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone with probate and estate planning. First rate company, I'm so very grateful for his services.

I procrastinated getting a Trust done for some time, but utilized that time to do research on Estate Planning Lawyers. After researching extensively online, and eventually speaking with four attorneys on the phone, my instincts lead me to choose Mr. Pacella. Louis Pacella and his office staff are phenomenal, and a joy to work with. The office’s paralegal was extraordinarily knowledgeable and generous with his time answering all my preliminary questions. Louis, most certainly, proved to excel in his expertise, thoroughness, care and patience. I am a 50 year old, distrusting, type-A personality :) that digests every word of every page presented to me. Louis’ work is beyond comprehensive - IE: he leaves no stone unturned. I feel confident all my needs, and anyone who works with him, will be covered and my family will greatly benefit from his preparations after my passing. Louis was gracious in my request to customize certain sections, even though such customization was not necessary but rather just a quirk or desire I had in wording and/or instruction. He never made me feel like a “pain in the a**” but, instead, was kind and generous with his time. Included with the Trust was a Will (which refers to the Trust & really meant as a precaution and “back up” for the integrity of your intentions), Power of Attorney (In case I become incapacitated so my loved ones - not the gov’t or other - dictates actions), Health Directive, and more. I put my home in the Trust and Louis’ office took care of all the paperwork and filing with the County (also included in price). When all was done and finalized, Louis had an “Estate Planning Portfolio” delivered to me. The presentation of the final product was a bonus for me as it was more than just a “bundle of documents” that I was expecting. It was a hard cover binder with section tabs to better assist your Trustee, an explanation page for each section, a memory stick containing PDF files of all the pertinent documents for me to copy and give said copy to a loved one for safe keeping. I highly recommend Mr. Pacella to anyone that is looking to secure their assets, health care intentions, and avoid the headache and expense of probate for their loved ones. Excellent service and experience. I am very relieved and happy with my choice to work with Mr. Pacella. Oh - and yes, his price is the same as 99% of those I researched so I don’t feel like I “over-paid”. Anyway, this is one time you don’t want to try to cut costs. California laws change all the time and that makes “do it yourself” or low-ball quote options a dangerous prospect in my opinion. Yes, I looked into it but with all the different documents (Trust, Power of Attorney, Property Transfer, Health Directive, etc etc) “doing it myself” would have only saved me $260 - NOT worth the risk. Louis Pacella was worth every cent and I now have the piece of mind that no mistakes or oversights were made.

I called Louis Pacella's office and had a phone consultation regarding Living Trust questions as my trust was set up by 2 previous attorneys. I emailed him information regarding my trust and he reviewed them and upon our phone consultation, he was able to answer all my questions. Louis Pacella was able to simply explain the answers to all my questions simply and easily that I could understand in which our previous attorney could not. I learned some new information regarding my account and my issues were solved quickly and simply. Louis Pacella did not charge me for our quick phone consultation though that was offered. Should I have any further questions or issues regarding my Living Trust I will certainly call Louis. I am very happy with his service.

I had an issue with my family trust and after calling a bunch of attorneys to help me deal with it, I finally found someone who knew how to handle it. Louis was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgable. Louis and his staff were excellent at preparing and filing the voluminous amount of paperwork required to setup and execute the LLC and trust of my wife's father. They are experts in the field and were always ready with information for our many questions, including many involving unforeseen circumstances. Louis Pacella is a superior lawyer and provided professional, caring, and outstanding work for us re: my father's trust. Initially, we had a different attorney helping us and realized he was very incompetent. We met with Louis for a second opinion and he explained trust administration in detail. Louis Pacella has been my attorney in helping me to setting up our family trust for my grandmother and my mom. I am also in the process of preparing for my own trust. The office staff is outstanding and very professional.

We contacted Louis Pacella to review a family trust created 27 years ago. In a very timely manner, Mr. Pacella completed the review and suggested a number of significant and potentially troubling details that needed editing, correcting, or adding. He offered to do this for a flat rate which included related emails and phone calls at no additional charge. We provided Mr. Pacella's office with the necessary legal documents which the trust required. Within a month, the newly revised family trust was finished, and a copy in our possession. We now feel fully prepared and confident. In all instances, Mr. Pacella and his office staff provided courteous and professional assistance. Because we live at some distance (a 3-4 hour drive) we were thankful of being able to conduct legal matters without having to commute to his office. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to others in a similar situation.
