The team at Caskey & Holzman are all professional, kind, and also firm when necessary. They were present and responsive throughout the duration of my case and I would recommend them to anyone who may be considering their services.

Caskey and Holzman are rude, unskilled, incompetent, and dishonest attorneys. They will take your case hoping to make a quick buck in settlement without ensuring that they are providing you with the best possible legal outcome. Additionally, they do not sue employers in Federal Court and will not tell you this until they've done enough work to prevent other attorneys from wanting to substitute in on your case. They will do this even if they know that it is important to have them added to your claim. Additionally, they will withhold your case file, bad mouth you to other attorneys, and make it nearly impossible to get other representation if you decide to depart from their "firm". They will also withhold pertinent documents needed by other attorneys to clean up the mess this unprofessional firm will make of your case. Save yourself some time, energy, stress, and frustration. DO NOT HIRE CASKEY AND HOLZMAN unless you don't care about your legal issue, yourself, or seeking justice. If you want a bunch of guys who want to put in bare minimum effort and use you as a settlement cash bonus instead of seeing you as an actual human being, these are the guys for you.

When I first called the law office of Caskey & Holzman I was nervous, I reached out to three other law firms prior and was met with disappointment. The other law firms had screening processes and I never spoke with a lawyer. After a few weeks of going back and forth, I found the conversation to be a waste of my time. I heard of Caskey & Holzman through a colleague. I reached out as a last effort with hopes of success. To my great surprise, I spoke with Mr. Daniel Holzman within 24 hours and discussed my situation. During the first conversation, I felt reassured that I was speaking with someone well-experienced. We discussed my work situation, what protections I had based on the law, what approaches “we” could take, process, timing, and cost. By this junction, I had weeks of repeating myself and I was mentally and emotionally exhausted. I truly felt that discussing the details once again with Mr. Daniel Holzman, I was making progress and the conversation would fruit a closure. During our second conversation, we discussed the details with more depth, during this conversation he level set my expectations with possible outcomes never deflating the possibility of a good outcome, but putting things into perspective based on the opposing party (“The Company”). He was quick with suggestions and developed a strategy on the second call. He has great communication skills – honest, direct, knowledgeable, and efficient. He is VERY responsive to emails and phone calls. E-mails are easier and faster (turnaround time 10mins – 3 hours), phone calls (a couple of hours or the following day). What took me by surprise and very important – I assumed that my situation was small and that it would be hard for someone to pick up my case. I was wrong! He was compassionate to my situation. I always felt I was in good hands and he would represent me and my position – honorably, honestly, and with certainty. Worth every investment I made!!
