Dealing with MLG has been a great experience. Management really cares about their employees. They are striving to be the gold standard in their class. They are solution oriented and do whats best for their clients financial needs.

The company really cares about its clients and it shows in the knowledge the debt settlement agents have. They also have a customer service that go above and beyond the call of duty!

I've been with this group for awhile now. I asked about my accounts and was told by 2 people that I would be ahead and be done by feb. 2021 and paid off with the law group And now someone else calls me to check on a email I sent about changing a payment date She was clueless and repeating herself. And says to me that who ever I talked to was wrong about my acct. It's going down since I started with them False information dont know who's right Now. I even gave some friends there name. Maybe I should've waited until I was complete.

Keep asking for more and more money they never make it clear how much you owe you'll get several different amounts but it's a mess with them I recommend doung it by yourself

After working with Mediator for 3 years on my debt settlement resolution I found out that they seem to tell you information on the phone that does not seem to hold true. I strongly recommend going to Freedom debt relief or another organization as this law firm does not help your credit relief and will tell you “sorry” when you ask for documentation to take to Experian. The credit card companies really do not like working with Mediator so your settlement amount and credit will suffer unless you go somewhere else. Also, the managing director is the most rude person as he just told me “call me in a week”. There are so many other companies to go with, choose anyone but Mediator. Classic “LA attitude” with no sense of who is the client.

Absolutely do not trust what they say about debt consolidation and what you will end up paying. I was told several times that I would Make a monthly payment for 2 years and would be it. The last credit card they were settling they kept trying to get me to give them more and more money. Cancelled and did it on my own. Wish I had never done business with them.
