Dan Holzman has done remarkable work for me. Very intelligent and responsive, he has broken down some complex issues for me and provided invaluable insight on employment matters. I had one particularly difficult case and he was able to dispatch with it and get the exact result I wanted.

My experience with both Dan Holzman and Cory Barari was exceptional. Not only did they respond promptly but they went far and beyond to really listen to my questions. DAN HOLZMAN, is amazing!! I had an issue with my previous employer. I was suppose to receive a severance payout for 6 months. They stop paying me after 3 months. The moment I read those awesome reviews, I decided to give their office a call and Mr. Holzman wasn't available. I left a voice message. He called me back right away and within minutes of me me explaining my case, seriously in just a few minutes, he asked me to email him my Separation Agreement, so he can review it. I was amazed with how fast he got back to me to explain my options. He thoroughly went over everything in detail and was genuinely interested in helping me resolve my case. He went even beyond and wrote me an email that I could forward over to my previous employer that would help jump start things with out charging me. I'm beyond impressed and truly thankful for Dan!! Thank you again for providing more than excellent service.

So far I have only had a consultation with Dan. I haven't reached the point in my situation to have to hire him, YET. But I must say Dan is A-MA-ZING! He has made this whole thing less stressful. He has walked me through every possible outcome and made me feel more comfortable in dealing with this. I have had really bad anxiety but knowing Dan was by my side kept me calm. Dan & his team are AMAZING! I cannot say it enough. They helped me get through a time in my life that was rather terrifying but he walked me through everything step by step. He was always available if I called or emailed and was able to explain the process thoroughly. Dan truly cares about you and takes the time to get to know you and your case. They are not trial lawyers. So if your employee rights have been violated, make sure you ask. Otherwise they will give you some bogus reason as to why you should not proceed to trial. They get paid at the end of the day and you lose. They aren't aggressive with opposing counsel. But they are quick to raise their voice at their own client. They are weak in the game.

I called the Law Offices of Gerald L. Marcus to get information about a slip-and-fall accident that happened to me. I'm not the type of person who would have entertained the idea of hiring an attorney before this incident; however, since I was recovering from back surgery which was particularly difficult, and the establishment's lack of concern for my well-being frightened me. The law office explained doctor visits and physical therapy would be set up without my having to pay for anything until a settlement was made. I was so relieved to have actual care plus they settled for more money than I thought possible. Phone calls are promptly returned and a cordial personal relationship made this a pain-free process. I would recommend this law office to a friend.

I have been corresponding with Daniel Holzman on a personal issue for several months now. He has been supportive, helpful and most importantly, honest. He is not going to sell me a story just to make money off of me. I truly believe he is extremely ethical and really wants to help his clients. I would recommend him for anyone having any work related issues. He is a shark with a heart!! :)
