Adam and his staff are exceptional. They turned our son's life around. Our specific situation involved a defiant staff that was bullying our family. Adam blew away the school district with his research that thoroughly defended my daughter's need for a 504 Plan to level the playing field in high school studies and test taking for her impaired eyesight. Adam cut the overly summative talk about our daughter and was able to pinpoint where the breakdowns were and what she needed from the adults in the room. While not in the least rude, he called administration out on negligent behaviors and strongly and successfully advocated for her services. Sheena was AMAZING from the first phone call, to the last. She always made me so comfortable that I never hesitated to call her for an update, to ask several of what I thought were dumb questions, and expressing my concerns with my case.
