In 2017, I was training for a 39-mile walk in Boston to benefit breast cancer research and awareness, when I slipped and broke my wrist. The culprit was the homeowners' sidewalk, which was covered in debris and water runoff from their sprinklers; mixed together, it had become undetectable and dangerous sludge. Dan Spitzer to the rescue. Dan was so professional, so responsive and so reassuring. He was successful in obtaining a highly satisfactory settlement for me, which more than covered my surgery and PT costs. Dan was wonderful to work with. I can't say enough about how grateful I am to Dan for all the work he put into my case. My car was totaled by a driver who ran a red light. Dan was able to take a situation where my witness bailed on me, the surrounding businesses wouldn't give access to their security cameras, the other side denied liability and actually hired a lawyer to go after me, a pirate body shop tried to hold my car hostage for thousands of dollars in ridiculous fees, and where my Gap Insurance refused to pay for my lease… Into a case where I got my car out of the body shop for a small amount which insurance covered, forced the Gap insurance carrier to pay off my lease, and we got every penny of insurance money the other side had.

My Dad had recommend Dan to me after I was struck with a car when crossing the street. At the time I was with my friend and we were both injured. Dan came to see me right away and took our cases.
