A friend of mine filed bankruptcy with Jasmine, and told me how great she is. When it came time for me to need legal help for a car accident, he suggested she could help too. And he was right. I'm so glad I turned to Jasmine for my personal injury claim. She really takes on a case like it was her own accident. I've heard other injury attorneys just treat you like a number, that wasn't the case here. Not happy about the accident, but happy I had Jasmine on my side.

In 2017, we had the unfortunate task of filing for a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, but the very fortunate luck in receiving Allan Williams as our attorney. Going through this process only comes after months or even years of making bad financial decisions that begin to erode your life, relationships, job, even marriage. After our first meeting with Mr. Williams, things immediately began to turn around, almost like falling on a trampoline, hitting hard, but skyrocketing straight back up. He was genuinely sympathetic to our situation, and was firm in helping us understand not only the error of our ways, but the commitment it would take to right the ship. Many attorney's are only after the fee they can make when they file your paperwork, I feel like Mr. Williams was actually interested in seeing us meet the debt commitments we had made and coming out the other side better people for having gone through the process. When I lost my job 5 months in to our BK, he was there to help us notify the court and once I regained employment, went back to modify our agreement to ensure we were still in good standing. He has been patient with my many, many emails, questions and requests, always professional, even when I didn't understand something or simply made a mistake. I can truly say that it was a pleasure to work with him and his law firm during one of the most stressful things a person can go through and highly recommend his services.

Dave has been my lawyer for the last 15 years. Dave is an excellent lawyer which we respect very much. I would never go into litigation without him representing us.

We have employed David Olson twice in two very different situations..A complicated family monetary dispute and a compensation disagreement with a large international corporation. He was excellent in both of these situations and in both cases we came out better than my most optimistic prediction. Mr. Olsen is a bright litigator. I have used him for both litigation and general law, using him for the later is like bringing a gun to a knife fight.

David exceeds my expectations on a consistent basis. He has been my lawyer for at least 13 years. He is a great negotiator with good instincts. He negotiated a favorable settlement with the Attorney General of the state of California and represented me in a complicated probate case that has benefited me greatly. He is currently defending me in a contract dispute.

Most impressive was his ability to convey the complex issues in writing and hearings. He properly prepared my org for trial which wasn't easy with programmers.
