Gary was referred to me by a friend. Unfortunately, he did not work out. He was handling two cases of mine on a contingency in which I was the plaintiff, an auto accident and an assault case. He mishandled both cases and I fired him. My assault case was almost dismissed because Mr. Eisenberg failed to file the proper paperwork in time. The second attorney I found to handle my cases, had to go in front of a judge and argue to keep my assault case open and not let it be dismissed. My second attorney was successful in his efforts. I would not recommend Mr. Eisenberg.

I can't describe in words because words are not good enough for him. He's not just a lawyer, he's a person who treats people like they are the only person he's helping. Lawyers may have a bad reputation but Gary Eisenberg breaks the mold. You don't know what kind of service you're getting with a lawyer you don't know but I took that chance years ago with a dog bite case and won. Exceptional service that far surpasses all others. A couple of years ago I needed his service again for a car accident and won. Winning wasn't the only thing that impressed me. Gary remembered me from years earlier in the dog bite case. I've referred him to family members and friends and Gary impressed them all. So if you need a REAL LAWYER see Gary Heisenberg!
