Great results but not the best communicator

Susan is an outstanding attorney. She has done my trust, my partner’s trust, our parents’ respective trusts, and several other trusts for people we have referred to her. She is professional, explains things well and does a wonderful job. I highly recommend her.

Simply Beautiful

I had no expectations about updating my will during a pandemic; however, I hoped it will be possible if I found the right law office and lawyer. I’m grateful I did so in Eric J. Gold. We were able to complete all of the correspondence, questionnaires, document reviews, and finalization through Eric’s secure website and MyCase messaging & document platform. I was able to send the final trust and will documents to FedEx with my mobile app for printing. The human interactions were with the printing pick up and at the notary. The final legal review of the estate documents with Eric were also able to be completed online. I appreciate the excellent service and the ability to update my will during these uncertain times.

Although our case was settled in a timely manner, their method of sending us our payment was poorly handled. Fedex driver left our check in a chair outside our front door. No signature required! I called Fedex to ask why their driver left our check outside our door without required signature CS stated that the package did not require a signature upon receipt. I don't appreciate being lied to about the method of delivery or the way in which it was delivered. Otherwise, thanks to this law office for bringing this nightmare with Carmax to an end.

James is an excellent lawyer. He is kind and compassionate. He is incredibly responsive. Even when I would email him at night, not expecting a response until morning, he would reply within the hour most of the time. If you have a lemon car case, look no further. This is your deal. I bought a Honda Civic hybrid, this March from a dealership in Sacramento which turned out to be a lemon as check engine light turned on the same day I bought it. After having back and forth communication with the dealer for about 3 months, I decided to go file a case against him since he wasn’t agreeing on sharing any expenses for the repair, as those were significant. I was thinking to file a case in small claims court, and searching on Google to find someone who will take my case without charging me, and take fees from the dealer. Luckily, I found Starr law and had a call with Mr. Robert, and Winnie. They told me that I have a valid case and they’d be willing to take. Fast forward 7 months and about 65 emails exchanged. Jessica, another team member, was able to negotiate settlement with the dealership for the cost of car, and other expenses as I wanted. Strongly recommend to anyone to choose them.

I recently bought a car that broke down after 19 days of having it, and Mr and Mrs Star went above and beyond to help me, not only did they get the situation rectified but they went above and beyond and gave advice to help me purchase another vehicle so that I wouldn’t have the same situation happen!
