In 2017, we had the unfortunate task of filing for a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, but the very fortunate luck in receiving Allan Williams as our attorney. Going through this process only comes after months or even years of making bad financial decisions that begin to erode your life, relationships, job, even marriage. After our first meeting with Mr. Williams, things immediately began to turn around, almost like falling on a trampoline, hitting hard, but skyrocketing straight back up. He was genuinely sympathetic to our situation, and was firm in helping us understand not only the error of our ways, but the commitment it would take to right the ship. Many attorney's are only after the fee they can make when they file your paperwork, I feel like Mr. Williams was actually interested in seeing us meet the debt commitments we had made and coming out the other side better people for having gone through the process. When I lost my job 5 months in to our BK, he was there to help us notify the court and once I regained employment, went back to modify our agreement to ensure we were still in good standing. He has been patient with my many, many emails, questions and requests, always professional, even when I didn't understand something or simply made a mistake. I can truly say that it was a pleasure to work with him and his law firm during one of the most stressful things a person can go through and highly recommend his services.
